Getting ready for the cold winters of Tibet

The People's Liberation Army provides now new 'electric winter uniforms' for its troops. A set of batteries is said to last two hours; it can keep troopers very warm at a temperature of -28C.
It is probably sufficient time for 'visiting' Demchok sector in Ladakh or other areas of Arunachal Pradesh where there are 'perceptional differences' on the Line of Actual Control.
